John Stockham
John Stockham has more than 30 years of professional experience as
an urban and regional planner in both the public and private sectors.
He has prepared comprehensive plans, downtown plans, redevelopment
plans, and other planning studies for over 100 municipalities throughout
the
Upper Midwest. In addition to his experience working with public
sector clients, John Stockham has extensive experience providing land
planning
and real estate advisory services to developers and corporate and
institutional landowners.
John Stockham is a member of the American
Planning Association, Urban
Land Institute, and Congress of New Urbanism. He is a frequent
speaker at regional and national conferences on planning and development.
He is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners
and
holds
a real estate brokers license in the state of Wisconsin.
When not
working on urban planning and development projects, John can be
found bicycling, hiking, and canoeing in the Wisconsin countryside.
He is an avid tennis player and runner. In the winter, John spends
as much time as he can downhill and cross-country skiing with
his family.
